Return and Refund Policy

Returns

At Dr. Green Ayurved, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 2 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at drgreenayurved23@gmail.com or call 70163 22375 within 2 days of receiving your product.
2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days via UPI or bank transfer. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
• Products not in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at drgreenayurved23@gmail.com or call 70163 22375. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
